Please note: Our money-back guarantee applies exclusively to products purchased directly from the NutriPure official website (https://nutripurestore.com). Products obtained through third-party vendors, marketplaces, unauthorized resellers, or any platform other than our official website are not eligible for this guarantee. Proof of purchase from NutriPure’s website is required to initiate any claims under this guarantee.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of delivery.
Please note: The product must be returned unused or with no more than 25% of the product consumed, ensuring the majority of the product remains intact for assessment.
What if my product is damaged/wrong?

Which are the items that cannot be returned/replaced?

How long will it take for the return process to complete?
